Shipping in US

-We ship in white craft bubble mailers to keep costs down. Our flat rate shipping fee includes a small handling fee to cover our time & materials to pack up your order and get it out to post.

-For International shipping, please email us directly at sales@ecoglimmer.com for more information.

-All orders are subject to Shipping & Handling fees and shipping fees are based on weight of product.

-Please allow 2 - 5 working days to process your order. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

-Please allow 5 - 7 days for shipping.

-During festival season, we might experience delays due to high volume.  Please rest assured we will do our utmost to ship as promptly as possible.

-Orders are shipped Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

-If you have not received your order within 15 days, kindly email us and we will investigate.
